Thomas Higham was an English artist specializing in antique and topographical engravings. The British Museum has a large collection of his works donated by his nephew William Aldis Wright (writer and editor).
This is a beautiful hand-colored highly detailed steel engraving from about 1840, after an illustration by Thomas Allom.
