Cornelis van Baarsel (1761 – 1826) was a Dutch engraver in the service of King Louis as the first engraver in Amsterdam.
This engraving was made by Cornelis van Baarsel along with his son Willem Cornelis van Baarsel and was published by F.J. Weygand at The Hague in 1818. With original publisher’s stamp.
