Last malte und zeichnete Interieurs und Portr\u00e4ts, war aber haupts\u00e4chlich als Lithograf t\u00e4tig. Er fertigte Lithografien von Portr\u00e4ts und Stadtansichten (u. a. von Den Haag, Amsterdam und Groningen) an und illustrierte mehrere Zeitschriften und B\u00fccher.
